My name is "Janina Mendez", I'm the manager and have lived many years in Marbella. I handle all rentals on site here in Marbella. Native Swedish, but also speak Spanish, English and german.
 

​I myself or an English-speaking assistant will receive you when you arrive at any of our apartments. You will be given keys, gate codes and will be shown on site how everything works.
 

In the apartment you'll find a bottle of Spanish wine and some grapes, so that you can relax a little after the trip and enjoy your stay from the first moment. For the first morning there is also a basic breakfast, such as drinking water, coffee and tea, eggs, bread, cheese, cornflakes and milk. Salt and sugar are also available.
 

All apartments are clean and fresh upon moving in and there are all the basics, including towels, iron and ironing board. Cleaning supplies for the apartment are included, but since soap, shower gel, etc. are considered personal, they are not included.

Move-out cleaning is included in the price, so when the stay is over, just pack, hand over the keys and head to the airport. Since I live and have an office in Marbella, all you have to do is call if there is something you need help with during your stay.
 

Price is determined by how long you want to rent the apartment. Write, or call me and tell me from when and how long you are interested in renting, and I'll tell you if it is available and the cost.
 

Once both parties agree on the ental time and price, you normally need to deposit  between 10- to 25% of the total amount as a booking guarantee. The owner of the apartment set the guarantee amount and it is paid directly to the owner. The sum is of course deducted from the total amount, but is not refunded if for some reason you cannot complete the booking.
